Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At HappySkins.eu, we take hygiene and product safety seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare, hair care, and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items — including creams, gels, sprays, or teeth whitening products — even if unopened. This is to ensure that all products received by our customers are new, unused, and safe.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• Your package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier.

If you meet one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at skinrenewalessentials@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo (if applicable). All refund claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, as we process and ship quickly. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
